Erich Walter Sternberg was born in Berlino on the 31th May 1891, the same year of the composers Bliss, Casavola, Dzegelyonok, Gallon, Golovanov, Jacobi, Jirák, Johnson, Kardos, Kasianov, Krejcí, Kunz, Kálik, Migot, Moreno Torroba, Palma, Pannain, Pinto, Porter, Prokofiev, Raitio, Ravasenga, Spelman. He died in Tel Aviv on the 15th December 1974
