The musician Oscar Rasbach was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Dayton on the second August 1888, the same year of the composers Alexandrov, Beyer, Butting, Clapp, Coppola, Crews, Delvincourt, Durey, Milligan, Odak, Shaposhnikov, Sklavos, Steiner. He died in Pasadena (California) on the 24th March 1975
