The musician Hans Koessler (Kössler) was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Waldeck on the first Jenuary 1853, the same year of the composers Arkas, Bridge, Henneberg, Keurvels, Knorr, Lagoanère, Luard-Selby, Malherbe, Messager, Porumbescu, Rendano, Roger, Rousseau. He died in Ansbach on the 23th May 1926
