The composer Jeno (Eugene) Zádor (Zador) was born in Bátaszék on the 5th November 1894, the same year of the composers Avshalomov, Baranovic, Bennett, Borkovec, Capuana, Dessau, Dragoi, Granados y Campiña, Grosz, Heller, Kanitz, La Violette, Laquai, Lazar, Miyagi, Molina, Pijper, Polovinkin, Schulhoff, Siohan. He died in Los Angeles on the 4th April 1977
