The musician Otto (Adolf) Klauwell was born in Langensalza on the 7th April 1851, the same year of the composers Abbà Cornaglia, Benoît, Blockx, Chapí (y Lorente), Chvála, Coronaro, Falchi, Farkas, Ferrari, Gallignani, Grillet, Indy, Ratez, Röder.
