Armin Schibler, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Kreuzlingen on the 20th November 1920, the same year of the composers Arutiunian, Bush, Chailly, Des Marais, Fetler, Goodman, Jirásek, Khachaturian, Kim, Kont, Krol, La Montaine, Lundquist, Maderna, Marinuzzi, Maturana, Mennini, Milveden, Nilsson, Overton, Tosatti, Turner, Valls (Gorina). He died in Zurigo on the 7th September 1986
