The composer Henri Kowalski, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Parigi in 1841, the same year of the composers Andrée, Bachrich, Bevignani, Blaramberg, Bolzoni, Caudella, Chabrier, Dvorák, Famintsïn, Héritte, Lange, Marenco, Mattei, Nessler, Parry, Pedrell, Ritter, Tarnowski, Usiglio, Vakhnyanyn. Died in Bordeaux on the 8th July 1916
