The composer Rodolfo Arizaga, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Buenos Aires on the 11th July 1926, the same year of the composers Abbado, Bortolotti, Burt, Carr, Castérède, Cerha, Christou, Falabella (Correa), Feldman, Gaburo, Gravitis, Henze, Hoiby, Holm, Horovitz, Jirko, Johnston, Koerppen, Kupferman, Leeuw, Ludewig, Luke, Martins, Murray, Oldham, Prigozhin. Died in Buenos Aires in 1985
