Max Zenger was born in Monaco on the second February 1837, the same year of the composers Aceves y Lozano, Chukhadjian, Diaz (de la Peña), Dubois, Ferrari, Gheluwe, Grisart, Guiraud, Holmes, Jensen, Levey, Molloy, Sommer, Sonnenfeld. He died in Monaco on the 18th November 1911
