The composer Johann (Jean) Schobert was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in 1735, the same year of the composers Alexandre, Bach, Baillou, Berg, Coignet, La Houssaye, Monza, Orgitano, Raimondi, Röllig, Schweitzer, Silva, Tenducci, Toeschi. He died in Parigi on the 28th August 1767
