The musician Alceo Toni was born in Lugo on the 22nd May 1884, the same year of the composers Benatzky, Boero, Boulnois, David, Ferrari-Trecate, Gruenberg, Koczalski, Lambert, Launis, Liuzzi, Meulemans, Piskácek, Rangström, Rytel, Rózycki, Ugarte.
