The musician Anton Emil Titl, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Pernstein on the second October 1809, the same year of the composers Iradier, Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, Morel, Obiols, Pacius, Proch, Prévost, Ricci, Schira, Schnabel. He died in Vienna on the 21 Jenuary 1882
