Robert-Lucien Siohan was born in Parigi on the 27th February 1894, the same year of the composers Avshalomov, Baranovic, Bennett, Borkovec, Capuana, Dessau, Dragoi, Granados y Campiña, Grosz, Heller, Kanitz, La Violette, Laquai, Lazar, Miyagi, Molina, Pijper, Polovinkin, Schulhoff.
