The musician Johann Lukas Schubaur, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Lechfeld on the 23th December 1749, the same year of the composers Cimarosa, Edelmann, Kerpen, Malzat, Navoigille, Saint-Amans, Turini, Urbani. He died in Monaco on the 15th November 1815
