Pascual de Rogatis was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Teora on the 17th May 1880, the same year of the composers Ascher, Bainton, Barilli, Bleyle, Bloch, Casimiri, Charpentier, Delcroix, Guarnieri, Inghelbrecht, Istel, Karel, La Rotella, Luna y Carné, Pahissa, Pizzetti, Pratella, Randegger, Stolz, Szirmai, Uribe Holguín. He died in Buenos Aires on the second April 1980
