The composer Wilhelm (Olof) Peterson-Berger was born in Ullånger on the 27th February 1867, the same year of the composers Beach, Bedford, Cassadó (Valls), Davis, Donizetti, Giordano, Granados y Campiña, Henriques, Kallenberg, Leva, Maryon(-d'Aulby), Mauke, Navrátil, Naylor, Nodermann, Orchard, Pâque, Rosse, Sapelnikov, Strube, Tedeschi, Terrasse. He died in Östersund on the third December 1942
