The musician Ancieto Ortega del Villar was born in Tulancingo in 1825, the same year of the composers Bristow, Doppler, Gabriel, Gollmick, Gutiérrez (y) Espinosa, Hol, Horn, Loder, Lucantoni, Marpurg, Nibelle, Oudrid y Segura, Ouseley, Reissmann, Rongé, Strauss. He died in Mexico on the 17th November 1875
