The composer Ludolf (Carl Henrik) Nielsen, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Nørre Tvede on the 29th Jenuary 1876, the same year of the composers Akimenko, Alpaerts, Brian, Broqua, Børresen, Delune, Falla (y Matheu), Gnecchi, Koeberg, Laparra, Morawski-Dabrowa, Polignac, Poueigh, Ruggles, Sabrá. He died in Copenaghen on the 16th October 1939
