The composer Thomas Moore was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Dublino on the 28th May 1779, the same year of the composers Aiblinger, Aimon, Benincori, Campenhout, Darondeau, Garaudé, Haeser, Häser, Lanza, Pavesi, Piccinni, Roser, Röth, Schiedermayer, Schmidt, Schuster. Died in Sloperton Cottage (Devizes, Wilts) on the 25th February 1852
