Ignace Lillen, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Lvov on the 29th May 1897, the same year of the composers Ascone, Barth, Bentzon, Bravnicar, Cowell, Fernström, Gerster, Golishev, Heward, Kerr, Korngold, Kósa, Lorenzo Fernândez, Maganini, Mignone, Moeschinger, Riisager, Salmon, Sorozabal (Marialcurrena), Stringfield, Sutherland, Tansman. Died in Den Haag on the 10th May 1964
