The musician Johann Antonin (Tomás) (Jan Evangelista) Kozeluch (Koscheluch) was born in Velvary on the 14th December 1738, the same year of the composers Battishill, Borghi, Boroni, Brunetti, Gherardeschi, Hayes, Kohaut, Küchler, Reindl, Rey. He died in Praga on the third February 1814
