Oskar (Henryk) Kolberg was born in Przysucha on the 22nd February 1814, the same year of the composers Alary, Denefve, Döhler, Gabrielli, Gille, Hentschel, Lillo, Limnander de Nieuwenhove, Mosonyi, Röckel, Salaman, Schäffer. He died in Kraków on the third June 1890
