The musician Karl Emanuel Klitsch was born in Schönheide on the 30th October 1812, the same year of the composers Dahmen, Dannström (Johan) Isidor, Grädener, Hebenstreit, Hullah, Jullien, Kazynski, Krug, Peri, Tauwitz, Thalberg.
