The composer Alexander Alexandrovich Ilyinsky, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Tsarskoye Selo on the 24th Jenuary 1859, the same year of the composers Bemberg, De Koven, Dubois, Enna, Goepfart, Gunsbourg, Harcourt, Herbert, Mandl, Rösel, Schjelderup, Taubmann, Valle-Riestra. He died in Mosca on the 23th February 1920
