Pavel Haas was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Brno on the 21 June 1899, the same year of the composers Angelo, Auric, Bárdos, Chávez (y Ramírez), Cortese, Coward, Davidenko, Duke, Gedda, Korchmaryov, Krása, Lamote de Grignon y Ribas, Manziarly, Müller von Kulm, Poulenc, Rohloff, Tcherepnin.
