Henri-Georges D' Hoedt was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Ghent on the 28th June 1885, the same year of the composers Benvenuti, Berg, Collet, Cuclin, Delmas, Gailhard, Gui, Harrison, Hartmann, Hristic, Kamienski, Klemperer, Krylov, Künnecke, Lioncourt, Lualdi, Mahomayev, Massa, Mulè, Pacini, Pashchenko, Phillips, Pound, Riadis, Salomon, Taylor. He died in Bruxelles on the 14th May 1936
