Adolf Gollmick was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Francoforte sul Meno on the 5th February 1825, the same year of the composers Bristow, Doppler, Gabriel, Gutiérrez (y) Espinosa, Hol, Horn, Loder, Lucantoni, Marpurg, Nibelle, Ortega del Villar, Oudrid y Segura, Ouseley, Reissmann, Rongé, Strauss. He died in Londra on the 7th March 1883
