The musician Alexander Sergeyevich Dargomïzhsky was born in Troitskoye on the 14th February 1813, the same year of the composers Gulak-Artemovsky, Loder, Macfarren, Mangold, Mazzucato, Pentenrieder, Petrella, Puccini, Rosenhain, Smart, Soubre. He died in San Pietroburgo on the 17th Jenuary 1869
