The composer Prospero Bisquertt, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Santiago on the 8th June 1881, the same year of the composers Alaleona, Barlow, Bartók, Blumer, Cadman, Dresda, Eggen, Enescu, Gilse, Kazuro, Le Flem, Napoli, Rogowski, Sandby, Savine, Schneider-Trnavský, Schryock, Valente. He died in Santiago on the second August 1959
