Yasushi Akutagawa was born in Tokyo on the 12nd July 1925, the same year of the composers Andriessen, Basner, Becerra-Schmidt, Berio, Blank, Boulez, Chaikovsky, Charpentier, Constant, David, Duhamel, Escobar, Eshpay (Eshpai), Feld, Gedzhadze, Hadjidakis, Hamm, Kholminov, Klebe, Kostic, Lewin, Makedonski, Malec, Mayer, Mechem, Miletic, Pinos, Prey, Schuller, Smith, Somers, Tsintsadze. He died in Tokyo on the 31th Jenuary 1989
