- T320-K320 :
The frontispiece of this symphony was removed before it arrived in Modena. The Number ‘1’ and the letters ‘A.R.’ are written on the 1st Violin. As we see with the manuscript T203/KV203 this manuscript, T320/KV320 is a symphonic manuscript originally composed by Luchesi and later changed by Mozart into a Serenade by adding two new movements (an ‘Andantino’ and a ‘Rondo’). The watermarks of this paper are Swabian.
- Scoring :
2 Oboi ; 2 Fagotti ; 2 Corni in D ; 2 Clarini in D ; Timpani in D ; Violini I e II, Viole I e II ; Violoncelli ; Violone
- Movements: :
I Adagio Maestoso ; II Allegro con Spirito ; III Andantino ; IV Finale Presto
- Meaningful variants are found in the melodic content of this Modena version, also in slurs, bowings, accents, and in various dynamic markings.
