Vladimir (Alexandrovich) Vlasov, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Mosca on the 7th Jenuary 1903, the same year of the composers Arrieu, Azmayparashvili, Berkeley, Blacher, Blanter, Bogdanov-Berezovsky, Britain, Douglas, Duke, Giannini, Goldschmidt, Kadosa, Karyotakis, Lavry, Lopatnikov, Meytus, Milford, Milyutin, Nabokov. He died in Mosca on the 7th September 1986
