The musician Mykhaylo (Mikhail Ivanovich) Verikivsky (Verikovsky) was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Kremenets on the 20th November 1896, the same year of the composers Adam (Ádám), Brand, Confalonieri, Gerhard, Hanson, Herrmann, Labroca, Lang, Lecuona, Mitropoulos, Rasheed, Rivier, Schröder, Szeligowski, Thomson. He died in Kiev on the 14th June 1962
