The composer Hanus (Johann, Hans) Trnecek, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Praga on the 16th May 1858, the same year of the composers Barkworth, Berson, Chapuis, De Lara, Elling, Erb, Fauchey, Ferroni, Hubay, Huë, Kazachenko, Klein, Krug, Lambert, Landini, Löhse, Major, Maunder, Mugnone, Müller-Reuter, Nicolau, Ochs, Puccini, Shelley, Smyth, Tirindelli. He died in Praga on the 28th March 1914
