The composer Fernando (Joseph Macari) Sor (Sors) was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Barcellona on the 14th February 1778, the same year of the composers Barbosa de Araújo, Caffi, Cranach, Gianella, Hummel, Kanne, Kemp, Neukomm, Pacini, Pucitta, Romani, Rungenhagen, Tessino.
