The musician Charles Silver, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Parigi on the 16th April 1868, the same year of the composers Angeli, Bantock, Bleichmann, Braga, Brandts Buys, Broome, Ellberg, Engel, Erlanger, Gallico, Gawronski, Giarda, Gilbert, Hrazdira, Jarno, Jebe, Joplin, Lorenz, MacCunn, Maurice, Merikanto, Monti, Mortelmans, Patterson, Schillings, Skilton, Tomás. He died in Parigi on the 10th October 1949
