Franz Seydelmann (Seidelmann) was born in Dresda on the 8th October 1748, the same year of the composers Albertini, Barrière, Cogan, Lidón, Neefe, Paluselli, Rheineck, Schacht, Schuster, Shield, Stadler. Died in Dresda on the 23th October 1806
