Paul-Charles-Marie Puget, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Nantes on the 25th June 1848, the same year of the composers Allitsen, Dell'Orefice, Duparc, Giró, Gleason, Goldschmidt, Horner, Kistler, Kniese, Mancinelli, McCoy, Pembaur, Planquette, Puchalsky, Rice, Schröder, Schytte. He died in Parigi on the 14th March 1917
