Athos Palma was born in Buenos Aires on the 7th June 1891, the same year of the composers Bliss, Casavola, Dzegelyonok, Gallon, Golovanov, Jacobi, Jirák, Johnson, Kardos, Kasianov, Krejcí, Kunz, Kálik, Migot, Moreno Torroba, Pannain, Pinto, Porter, Prokofiev, Raitio, Ravasenga, Spelman, Sternberg. He died in Miramar on the 10th Jenuary 1951
