The musician Robert Oboussier, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Antwerpen on the 9th July 1900, the same year of the composers Aav, Antheil, Barraud, Berezowsky, Bernard, Blum, Burkhard, Bush, Copland, Dunayevsky, Ermatinger, Ferroud, Godron, Halffter (Escriche), Haug, Head, Ikonomov, Krenek, Mosolov, Pimsleur, Raymond, Reutter, Salmhofer, Schmidt-Isserstedt, Shekhter, Taktakishvili. He died in Zurigo on the 9th June 1957
