The musician Antonio Nicolau, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Barcellona on the 8th June 1858, the same year of the composers Barkworth, Berson, Chapuis, De Lara, Elling, Erb, Fauchey, Ferroni, Hubay, Huë, Kazachenko, Klein, Krug, Lambert, Landini, Löhse, Major, Maunder, Mugnone, Müller-Reuter, Ochs, Puccini, Shelley, Smyth, Tirindelli, Trnecek. He died in Barcellona on the 26th February 1933
