The musician Josef Nesvera, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Praskolesy on the 24th October 1842, the same year of the composers Arienzo, Boïto, Caldicott, Czibulka, Dall'Argine, Duvernoy, Eeden, Erkel, Hofmann, Hrimalý, Lavallée, Lysenko, Malashkin, Maréchal, Massenet, Mihalovich, Millöcker, Sullivan. He died in Olomouc on the 12nd April 1914
