(1913-1964)

The composer Villem Kapp, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in OS Suure-Jaani on the 25th August 1913, the same year of the composers Archer, Barati, Bettinelli, Bogatïryev, Bresgen, Britten, Dello Joio, Elmore, Gabichvadze, Helm, Holoubek, Iglesias Villoud, Khrennikov, Lavagne, Leibowitz, Lhotka-Kalinski, Lloyd, Machavariani, Maiboroda, Meyerowitz, Moross, Poliakov, Read, Rudzinski, Schollum, Schultz, Schumann, Sokola, Takata, Thorpe Davie. He died in Tallinn on the 24th March 1964
