The composer André Jolivet was born in Parigi on the 8th August 1905, the same year of the composers Adomián, Arapov, Bartos, Blazek, Blitzstein, Bozza, Brusilovsky, Dankevich, Darnton, Defossez, Farkas, Garrido, Gundry, Halffter (Escriche), Hartmann, Holewa, Hughes, Kenessey, Kosma, Kozlovsky, Kreuder, Landré, Leigh, Maes, Meyer, Michaelides, Müller, Pizzini, Rubin, Ruthenfranz, Sandi, Seiber, Sternefeld, Tippett, Tubin. He died in Parigi on the 20th December 1974
