Hanns Jelinek (Elin) was born in Vienna on the 5th December 1901, the same year of the composers Albert, Bautista, Chevreuille, Egk, Ghisi, Helfman, Henneberg, Hlobil, Kauffmann, Keldorfer, Klussmann, Koutzen, Laks, Pelemans, Perkowski, Poot, Rodrigo, Rubbra, Sauguet, Shirinsky, Tomasi. He died in Vienna on the 27th Jenuary 1969
