Charles Edward Horn, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Londra on the 21 June 1786, the same year of the composers Bishop, Eberwein, Kocher, Kuhlau, Prota, Raimondi, Schneider, Schnyder von Wartensee. He died in Boston on the 21 October 1849
