The musician Johann Adam Hiller was born in Wendisch-Ossig on the 25th December 1728, the same year of the composers Aspelmayr, Aumann, Bachschmidt, Chrétien, Gaviniès, Guglielmi, Insanguine, Oginski, Piccinni, Raupach. Died in Leipzig on the 16th June 1804
