Karel Hába, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Vizovice on the 21 May 1898, the same year of the composers Abramsky, Arundell, Bacarisse, Bacon, Cheslock, Claflin, Delannoy, Demuth, Eisler, Gershwin, Hamerik, Harsányi, James, Knipper, Krohn, Lazarus, Massarani, Mihalovici, Mulder, Plaza-Alfonzo, Rankl, Rubinstein, Ullmann. He died in Praga on the 21 November 1972
