The musician Alexandr (Tikhonovich) Grechaninov (Gretchaninoff) was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Mosca on the 25th October 1864, the same year of the composers Albert, Azkué, Bachelet, Beer-Walbrunn, Berwald, Borgström, Browne, Castro Herrera, Goepp, Körling, Lauber, Leoni, Nepomuceno, Othegraven, Procházka, Ropartz, Rottenberg, Strauss. He died in New York on the third Jenuary 1956
