The composer Theodor Blumer was born in Dresda on the 24th March 1881, the same year of the composers Alaleona, Barlow, Bartók, Bisquertt, Cadman, Dresda, Eggen, Enescu, Gilse, Kazuro, Le Flem, Napoli, Rogowski, Sandby, Savine, Schneider-Trnavský, Schryock, Valente.
